Gary Glocker is owner/Agent along with his wife, SuZanne, of The Glocker Group Realty Results with offices at 1741 Dual Highway. There were able to increase sales in 2005 to $85 million! They specialize in the Hagerstown, Maryland and Southern Pennsylvania areas. Gary is a View Nam vet and a graduate of the University of Maryland. He worked in managment and sales in the transportation industry for 25 years prior to joining his wife in Real Estate in 1996. Gary has been a Top Producer in commercial sales for several years and specializes in sales and leasing of all types of properties.

Eddie Jefferson moved to Hagerstown in 1991 and graduated from Boonsboro High in 1995. He completed a five-year, double major at Coastal Carolina University with degrees in Marketing/Business Administration and Golf Course Management. A Golf Professional for 2 years at the US Naval Academy Golf Course, he returned in 2001 to pursue his business interests and has proven to be a natural, as he continues the family tradition of real estate sales by joining his mother and step-father, SuZanne and Gary.
Laurel Walker is a lifetime resident of Hagerstown. Laurel worked at the Rescue Mission for her father, Jimmy Resh, until she began helping people to buy and sell their homes in 1991. The proud mother of two, and grandmother of Casey, Stephanie, Parker, Nathan, and Audrey, she continues assisting at the Mission by serving on the Board of Directors, singing with The Missionaires, and volunteering in various capacities. John Hamsher grew up in St. James Village and graduated from South Hagerstown High in 1984. An avid sports fan, John played baseball for Hagerstown Junior College and George Mason University, and graduated from Frostburg State University with a Business Management Degree. John previously worked for Potomac Edison (Allegheny Power) and First Data Corp. John began selling real estate part time in 1999, before making real estate his full time career in 2003; which has proven to be a great move!
Melissa DeWitt grew up in Garrett County - her home has always been Western Maryland! She made her move to Hagerstown full-time in 2004 when she began her career in real estate with a Maryland real estate license. Sometimes there are defects in a house that the homeowners no longer notice, such as small leaks in the roof or a basement that only gets damp when it rains. When the house is on the market, they don't have a real sense of urgency about having such defects repaired. The real estate agent feels quite differently, however.
When buyers are deciding which houses deserve serious consideration, any kind of water problem may appear to be much more detrimental than it really is. The sellers may regard a damp basement as simply a sign that it's time to clean the gutters or check the soil buildup around the house or a leaking roof as a call for new flashing. But to someone who has never owned a home, these defects can be taken as signs that the house may not fulfill their primary need for shelter from "the elements." Renters may be perfectly willing to live in a home with minor water problems, but buyers are likely to pass up the same house if they think it won't keep them perfectly dry.
