Meet Suzanne Glocker and the agents of The Glocker Group Realty Results 

Eddie Jefferson moved to Hagerstown in 1991 and graduated from Boonsboro High in 1995.  He completed a five-year, double major at Coastal Carolina University with degrees in Marketing/Business Administration and Golf Course Management.  A Golf Professional for 2 years at the US Naval Academy Golf Course, he returned in 2001 to pursue his business interests and has proven to be a natural, as he continues the family tradition of real estate sales by joining his mother and step-father, SuZanne and Gary.

Laurel Walker is a lifetime resident of Hagerstown.  Laurel worked at the Rescue Mission for her father, Jimmy Resh, until she began helping people to buy and sell their homes in 1991.  The proud mother of two, and grandmother of Casey, Stephanie, Parker, Nathan, and Audrey, she continues assisting at the Mission by serving on the Board of Directors, singing with The Missionaires, and volunteering in various capacities.  All that, AND keeping up her professional and well earned reputation of being, "not just another agent!"

John Hamsher grew up in St. James Village and graduated from South Hagerstown High in 1984.  An avid sports fan, John played baseball for Hagerstown Junior College and George Mason University, and graduated from Frostburg State University with a Business Management Degree.  John previously worked for Potomac Edison (Allegheny Power) and First Data Corp.  John began selling real estate part time in 1999, before making real estate his full time career in 2003; which has proven to be a great move!

Melissa DeWitt grew up in Garrett County - her home has always been Western Maryland!  She made her move to Hagerstown full-time in 2004 when she began her career in real estate with a Maryland real estate license.  Since then, Melissa has obtained her real estate licenses in West Virginia and Pennsylvania.  She is proud to serve as your Tri-state RealtorŪ!  Melissa loves to help people reach their real estate goals and truly enjoys building lasting relationships with her buyers and sellers.  Melissa loves working, living, and playing in Washington County.  She enjoys spending time with her great dog, Caesar, as well!

Brenda Byrnes traveled the world as a child, following her father who was Army Special Forces.  She has one sister and graduated from high school in 1995 in California.  Upon graduation, she joined the US Navy and worked on the Admirals staff at Naval Training Center, Great Lakes.  After serving her country, Brenda became involved in law enforcement.   Brenda has been a real estate agent since 2003.  Brenda began A2Z Property Management, LLC in 2005 specializing in off-campus housing in the Frostburg area, yet maintains flexibility to provide services for any type of rental property.  Brenda currently lives in the eastern Garrett County area minutes from Frostburg with her husband, four children, and beloved yellow lab, Lucy. 

Debbie Heckman grew up in Clear Spring, Maryland and graduated from Hagerstown Business College.  She began her career in real estate in 1997 and is licensed in both Maryland and Pennsylvania, and is desingated ABR.  Debbie specializes in assisting first time buyers to capture the American dream of home ownership.  Debbie enjoys traveling, cooking, yoga, and her toy poodle, FiFi!

Derek Heckman was born in Washington County, Maryland and graduated from James Buchanan High School.  Shortly after graduation, Derek moved to Florida and received his real estate license.  In 2001, he began working for Prudential in Daytona Beach.  After a string of hurricanes, Derek moved back to Hagerstown in 2004 and received his Maryland real estate license and joined his mother, Debbie, who has been in the real estate business for several years.  In January 2006, Derek was married in Costa Rica!  Derek has a passion for investing, developing, and traveling.

Shanan Heckman has lived in Washington County, Maryland for practically her whole life.  She is a graduate of both North Hagerstown High School and Hagerstown Community College.  Shanan started her real estate career as an assistant in 2002 where her knowledge and passion began.  She acquired her real estate salesperson license in 2006 to take her career to the next level.  Shanan enjoys traveling with husband, Derek, spending quality time with friends and family, and her two spoiled dogs.

Andy Lapkoff was born in Washington, D.C. and grew up in Montgomery County, Maryland.  He moved to the Hagerstown area 19 years ago after serving eight years in the United States Marine Corp.  Andy is a seasoned Realtor who has been selling real estate for 14 years and has received top production awards each year.  Andy holds such Maryland designations as Associate Broker, Graduate of the Realtor Institute, and Certified Historic Property Specialist.  Andy joins our group as a Pennsylvania agent, only.  Andy is married and has a son, Tony, as well as two dogs, Frenchy and Dr. Q.  His hobbies include classic cars and Harley rides!

Office Manager, Susan Hultsch, has 22 years of real estate experience and became SuZanne's Personal Assistant in 1992.  Misty Koontz, Julie Walker, and Ginger Giles team up to provide excellent "behind the scenes" support for the sales agents of The Glocker Group Realty Results.
